Death Stranding will miss its PC release date.
Kojima Productions has announced today that Death Stranding will now arrive July 14 on PC, a six-week delay from its previously announced June 2 release date.
The reason for this delay is simple, and it has to do with Kojima Productions needing more time to finish the port, as the team now works entirely from home.
Following the temporary closure of KOJIMA PRODUCTIONS, we have had to delay the PC launch of DEATH STRANDING to July 14, 2020, to allow more development time amidst the current work-from-home orders in place. The PC version of Death Stranding supports ultra-wide resolutions, higher-frame rates as well as a photo mode. It also comes with Half-Life-themed content. It will be available on Steam and the Epic Games Store at release.
