In their hunt for Al-Qatala, Farah and Nikolai arrive in Verdansk and make a major discovery: the group has been using the abandoned subway tunnels to move around the city without a trace. That changes now.
Developer Infinity Ward presents a stacked Season Six in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, including Warzone, starting with a new fast-travel subway system in Verdansk. There’s also a fresh Battle Pass system featuring two free weapons, free War Tracks, and two headlining Operators — Farah and Nikolai. Play the game to unlock goods to use on four new Multiplayer maps, new game modes, and much more.
Next Stop: Verdansk – Subway Fast Travel System
All aboard the new fast-travel subway system in Warzone, marked as “Metro” on the in-game Tac Map. Hit up any of the several Metro access points throughout Verdansk and get a ride at the station platform. Catch the train and arrive at the next station in seconds.
This is one smart transit system, too. The subway will not travel to a station outside of the safe area in Battle Royale, and it will stop moving altogether whenever a conflict erupts in one of its cars. Consider these tips for your next ride:
- Travel Fast, Travel Smart. The subway’s smart fast-travel system gets you to the next station in a flash, making this the fastest form of transportation in Verdansk. Need to get away fast? This is your ticket.
- The Early Worm Gets the Loot. Each subway station includes more than just the station platform, with the potential for items, Supply Boxes, and Contracts to appear on the way to your ride. Get in early and loot up.
- Use the Escape Ladders. Each station features an escape ladder that climbs directly back up to the surface. Savvy Operators can also use these as an alternative route into the station.
New Warzone Game Mode
Armored Royale: Every squad starts with an armed and armored Cargo Truck. Squad members can respawn if their truck is still in working order, but once it’s been totaled, so does your ability to return to the battle. The last squad standing wins.
No matter the mode, Season Six also includes a new round of weapons to be found in Verdansk, including six Common, 10 Uncommon, 13 Rare, 18 Epic and 24 Legendary variants.
Four Free Multiplayer Maps
Season Six brings four new Multiplayer maps at launch for ownersof the full version of Modern Warfare. Veterans of the franchise — and astute Warzone players — will recognize Broadcast, first introduced in Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare and now available for frenetic 6v6 play. Plus, deploy to the Mialstor Tank Factory in 6v6 or 10v10 play, engage in small team tactics in the rural Station Gunfight map, and join in on the next Ground War battle on Verdansk Riverside.
Prepare for new Multiplayer game modes like Killstreak Confirmed, Gun Game TDM, HQ: Firefight, and Hardpoint: Hills and Kills. Cash in your Trial Tickets for the chance to earn major XP across nine new Trials and earn free items and weapon blueprints through Season Six missions and challenges.
New War Tracks, SP-R 208 Marksman Rifle, AS-VAL Assault Rifle Highlight the Season Six Battle Pass System

At Tier 15, unlock the free SP-R208 marksman rifle, one of the most accurate weapons in its class. Further expand your arsenal at Tier 31 with the free AS-VAL assault rifle, a powerhouse weapon featuring subsonic ammunition and an integral suppressor.
Purchase the Battle Pass for Access to All 100 Tiers
Upon purchase of the Season Six Battle Pass, the system opens all 100 tiers for players to unlock simply by playing the game.
